The Graphics/Web Design Intern works closely with the Graphic Design 
Coordinator to design and produce printed and electronic materials to promote Festival performances and events, maintaining a high-quality and brand-consistent aesthetic in all materials. Primary responsibilities include laying out weekly programs for two theatres; designing and producing on-campus displays, as well as ads, e-blasts and flyers; managing relationships with printers, mail-house and on-campus distribution; and assisting all of the organization's graphics efforts across departments. As part of the Marketing team, the Graphics/Web Design Intern also executes target-marketing promotions, assists with market research, and works in the Box Office each week.
 
Candidates should be well versed in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop and have experience in all CS3/CS4 Adobe Design Suite  products. Experience with HTML coding is a plus. Applicants must be detail-oriented, organized, effective time managers, and possess marketing instincts. Excellent design and interpersonal skills are a must. Candidates must submit a portfolio of recent design work applicable to this internship with their application. Portfolios should measure 8.5" x 11" to 11" x 17" and must include a CD consisting of digital versions of all provided work.
