Choreographer Matt Williams' credits include Will Ferrell's Broadway debut  
You're Welcome America, directed by Adam McKay (Tony Nomination, Best Theatrical Event); the world premiere of Stephen Schwartz's opera, Séance on a Wet Afternoon at the New York City Opera; and his own dance play, WARD 9 for the New York Musical Theater Festival (Best Choreography). He was Assistant Director to Casey Nicholaw for Broadway's All About Me, starring Michael Feinstein and Dame Edna; and his Off-Broadway credits include Rooms and the recent revival of Carrie (Outer Critics Circle, Drama League Nomination, Best Musical Revival). His work has appeared at the Alley Theatre, Lincoln Center, Irish Repertory Theatre, La Mama, Rubicon Theatre, and Geva Theatre, among others. His title at New York's FAO Schwarz Toy Store is 'Big Piano Choreographer,' where he continually recreates and reinvents the world famous piano-dancing scene from the hit film Big. He is Resident Choreographer for the East Coast tour of Circus Smirkus, and will assistant-direct the Big Apple Circus this fall.
