Ray Hesselink is a Director/Choreographer living and working in New York
City. Ray has presented choreography at various festivals and venues around New York City, most recently at the New York Musical Theater Festival and Tap City. As a performer, Hesselink originated the role of "Mr. Happy" in Derick Grant's "Imagine Tap!" As a dance instructor, Hesselink has had the privilege to help train the children currently performing in Broadway's Billy Elliot: The Musical and is featured in the documentary Finding Billy. Hesselink is on staff at the Juilliard School, Broadway Dance Center, and STEPS on Broadway in New York City. Hesselink holds a B.A. from the School of Theater at the University of California, Los Angeles.
