Aaron Russell is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is a graduate
of West Virginia University. An experienced musician in musical theatre, Russell has worked as a percussionist on the U.S. national tours of Broadway musicals such as Evita with Raul Esparaza and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat with Deborah Gibson. He has also worked on Barry Manilow's Copacabana and the European tour of Crazy for You. His off-Broadway credits include Hundreds of Hats and Bingo. This is Russell's tenth year working as a drummer with the Radio City Rockette's Dance Across America show. He is honored to be working at Jacob's Pillow for the first time with an incredibly talented team.
