Aisha Francis, synonymous with professionalism, creativity, and a killer pair of pumps, began her professional dance career as a cheerleader for the Los Angeles Lakers throughout their 2001 and 2002 championship seasons. During her stint as a Laker Girl, Aisha performed with Bette Midler on her hit show "Bette", signed with an illustrious Hollywood dance agency, and within two days landed her first movie role thus jumpstarting a decade long career as an entertainer and movement specialist. World tours with recording artists, television appearances, and commercials requested Aisha's talents that led to a shining performance in "The Ten Commandments" musical starring Val Kilmer in 2004. More recently, Aisha has been featured on such prominent television shows as American Idol, Dancing With the Stars, The Oprah Winfrey Show, The View, Good Morning America, Ellen, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Late Show with David Letterman, Comic View on BET, and more. Aisha can be seen dazzling the screen in such feature films as "Burlesque", " Bring it on Fight to the Finish". " The Country Bears" and "Malibu's Most Wanted". It was an honor to perform for former President Bush at the Kennedy Center honor awards for Tina Turner, one of Aisha's idols. Aisha has performed along side with such artists as Prince, Jay-Z, Kelly Rowland , Rihanna, Sean Paul, Usher , Ciara, Shaggy, Jewel, Chris Brown, Snoop Dogg, Stevie Wonder, Kid Rock, Robin Thicke, and Omarion.
From the wind in her hips to the toss of her hair, Aisha's energy and vivacity erupts onstage and causes even the likes of recording artists to take note and hire her to spice up their performances. Moreover, it was Aisha's work with Beyonce Knowles that propelled her career as dancer, choreographer, and movement specialist. For more than four years, Aisha toured the world as Beyonce's right hand dancer and dance captain, formerly serving as assistant choreographer and co-creator of the "Crazy in Love" Booty Dance. This career highlight established Aisha's credibility in sensual movement and became a force to be reckoned with in a pair of pumps. Other movement clients include Julianne Hough, Christina Aguilera, Kristen Bell, Nelly Furtado, EnVogue, Rhianna, and Kelly Rowland, just to name a few.
It was and still is Aisha's experience as a professional dancer, choreographer, and personal movement coach that she realized her true passion was teaching women to be "fierce" all day everyday. Currently, she choreographs movement for actors and singers for music videos, commercials, feature films, photo shoots and red carpet training.
