Trey McIntyre's dances always pack an imaginative and poetic punch. His wildly popular company has toured around the world and connects with audiences through a winning blend of ballet and contemporary choreography, emotional authenticity, and lively musicality.
At Jacob's Pillow they will perform the world premiere of LADIES AND GENTLE MEN, McIntyre's much-anticipated new work inspired by Marlo Thomas' seminal television and audio series Free to Be...You and Me. The program also includes Bad Winter, set to music by The Cinematic Orchestra and Arthur Tracy; plus the return of Leatherwing Bat, danced to a score of songs by the iconic folk group Peter, Paul, and Mary including "Puff the Magic Dragon," "Day is Done," and other favorites.
