From Los Angeles, this young contemporary dance company is known for dynamic theatricality and refreshing abandon. Their Pillow debut program includes Belgian-born choreographer Stijn Celis's poignant Fragile Dwellings, danced within visual artist Erwin Redl's evocative incandescent light installation, as well as Richard Siegal's exuberant whirlwind O2Joy, displaying the pure joy of dance to the music of Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Glenn Miller, and other jazz greats.
