Subscribe now! Choose from 3 packages:
Full Season Subscription
Now you can get the same seat for all 10 shows in the Ted Shawn
Theatre, and/or all 8 shows in the Doris Duke Studio Theatre.
It's easy, just pick your performance time, and don't miss a beat!
Flex 5+ Subscription
Create a unique season and suit your own schedule, by picking
five or more shows, any day, any time. Experience countries you’d
like to visit, check out dance, music, or visual artists you’ve
heard about, or try something that intrigues you.
Youth Matinée Series
The Pillow supports introducing younger audiences to dance. For
designated matinee shows that may be more accessible to the whole
family, we offer a $10 Youth Ticket. Choose 5 Youth Matinées
for $50! Must be accompanied by an adult.

TOURS AND MAPS
Guided
tours of the grounds are available every Friday and Saturday at
5:30pm beginning at the Welcome Center. Self-Guided Tour maps
and brochures of the Gardens and Wetlands are available on campus
or upon request. Guided tours can be arranged to fit your schedule.
Call 413.243.9919 to schedule a customized tour of the grounds,
gardens, or wetlands for your group of 20 or more.
EARLY
ORDERING
With
a donation of as little as $60, you can become a Jacob’s Pillow
Member, which will garner you the privilege of early subscription
and single ticket ordering. To find out more information about

BOX OFFICE POLICIES
1. DISCOUNTS AND COUPONS are based on availability, must be requested
or
presented
at the time of sale, cannot be issued retroactively, and cannot
be
combined
with any other offer. Subscribers receive the highest discount.
Some
restrictions
may apply. The list of discounts
below is not comprehensive and is
subject
to change.
Child: recommended for children 8
to 16 years
College Student: full-time

Tickets: $10.00 tickets for children 8-16 to designated youth
performances

maybe shorter and which we believe are most accessible to younger
patrons
2. CHILDREN:
Every
person, regardless of age, must have a ticket to gain admittance
to the
theater
including babes in arms. Children must be accompanied by an adult;
please
help
them to be considerate of other patrons. The Pillow welcomes
young audiences
as
part of its mission "to engage and deepen public appreciation
and support for
dance."
As an art form that explores and celebrates the human experience
in all its
facets,
dance offers a wide spectrum of sights and sounds in live performance.
A
number
of shows each season are presented as Youth Matinees, selected
as
programs
that are especially accessible for young viewers. Although a youth
discount
is
offered for all performances, parents may not find each and every
program to be
equally
appropriate for their children. If you have any questions about
the content of
any
particular program, please call the Box Office.
3. EXCHANGES:
•
Exchanges are free to
Subscribers.
• Accepted by Mail, Walk-Up, or
Fax
up to 7 days prior to
performance
and if tickets
are received by the Box Office
before
the exchange is
processed
• Subject to availability
• Exchanges will not be accepted
over

• A confirmation call or e-mail of received
tickets will be issued to you within 24 hours
• Exchanges for Non-Subscribers may be honored
based on availability and upon the
Manager’s discretion. There is a processing
fee of $5.00 applicable. An addition
mailing fee may apply.
• If overnight mailing is requested, this is
an additional charge.

SERVICE CHARGES:
• There is a $5 service charge per order via
phone and internet.
• No charge is applied to walk-up sales at
the Box Office.
• There will be additional charges for express
mail and overnight requests.
5. SEATING:
• Seating preferences are accommodated whenever
possible, subject to availability.
• Priority is given to Membership, Subscription, ticketing history,
and date paid.
• Full Season subscribers can access their
same seats when renewing their Full
Season subscription.
• Early ordering and other benefits are available
to Members.
• Please be courteous of artists and patrons by keeping electronic
devices silent.
• Audio and video equipment is not permitted
in the theatres during performances.
• Seating,, particularly late seating, is at
the discretion of the House Manager.
• Seat assignments can not be guaranteed past
curtain.
•
There is no standing in the theaters.
• Every person, including infants, must have
a ticket to enter the theater.
•
Some seating may be partial obstructed due to staging, lighting,
special effects,
musical accompaniment, or other adjustments
to the theater and/or the work being
presented. In most cases, the box office
will be made aware and this information
will be presented to the patron prior to
sale. Pricing of obstructed seating may vary
and is based on demand.
6. TICKET DONATIONS:
When you cannot use your tickets, ticket donations
are appreciated. They are
accepted,
and a tax-deductible receipt issued, when actual tickets are received
by
the
Box Office at least two hours prior
to performance.
7. ACCESSIBILITY/SPECIAL NEEDS:
• Both theaters are wheelchair accessible.
• Please call in advance if you require special seating.
•
Large print version of selected documents is available.
• Transportation between the parking lots and
theaters is available before and after
performances.
•
Transcripts are available of selected talks.

WAIT LIST:
Patrons
may call in their name to a wait list for tickets to a performance
and will be
phoned
in the order names are received if seats become available. This
list is valid
until
24 hours prior to the performance.
Due to the high demand for tickets we are
unable
to leave messages.
9. STAND-BY LIST:
The
day of performance names may be placed on a list by appearing
in person at the
Box
Office. If seats become available names will be announced in the
order received 1
hour
prior to curtain. Patron must be
present when name is announced.
10. RE-SALE:
Jacob’s Pillow retains the right to any
ticket re-sale except where expressly
permitted by law. At no time is the
re-sale of tickets by any person or entity other
than a duly authorized Jacob’s Pillow representative
permissible on property owned
by Jacob’s Pillow or within 100 ft. of an
authorized outlet. Ticket re-sale may result
in removal or loss of ticket/s without refund.
Jacob’s Pillow retains the right to any
and all ticket sales.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PROGRAM AND CASTING
SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
