Expect live music and high-flying hoofing as Boston-based choreographer and alumnus of The School at Jacob’s Pillow Ian Berg examines the intersections of tap and jazz, playing with original compositions and improvisation. The Improper Bostonian praises, “there’s nothing routine about the work of tap dancer and choreographer Ian Berg.” Learn more about Subject:Matter.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN IT RAINS?

In the event of rain, the 6:15pm Inside/Out performance may be canceled or moved indoors to the Perles Family Studio, and seat passes are distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. When possible, a live video simulcast with limited seating is offered in a nearby studio. Passes are distributed beginning at 5:20pm. We encourage patrons not to arrive before 5:20 if it is raining unless they are prepared to wait in the rain for pass distribution.
