Andy Gale is a highly regarded acting and singing coach in the Broadway community. He has taught at Vassar and Barnard Colleges and is currently on the faculty at Manhattan School of Music and the Peridance Certificate Program. Since 2009, Gale has taught and directed at Chautauqua Opera. As an actor, Gale has appeared on Broadway in the original productions of Rags; Side Show; Jane Eyre, The Musical; and The World of Sholem Aleichem. He has also been seen in national and international tours of Les Miserables, The Secret Garden, and Cats, as well as off-Broadway, stock, and regional theater productions. Gale enjoyed being a guest vocalist for the Joffrey Ballet’s Drum, Dreams and Banjos. He is currently co-creator and director of Kathleen Turner’s, Finding My Voice. A graduate of Antioch College, Gale was also the art and film critic for The Sacramento Bee
