Elisa Clark is an award-winning dance artist currently on faculty at the University of the Arts and American Dance Festival. She trained at the Maryland Youth Ballet and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The Juilliard School under Benjamin Harkarvy. Clark has performed with Nederlands Dans Theater and The Metropolitan Opera in works by Jirí Kylián and Crystal Pite respectively. She has been a featured member of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater from 2013-2017, Lar Lubovitch Dance Company, and Mark Morris Dance Group from 2006-2011. Clark was a founding member and later Company Manager for Battleworks Dance Company. Since 2002, she has been the Assistant to Robert Battle and frequently restages his works. Clark is a Princess Grace Award: Modern Dance Honoraria 2008 Winner. She continues to guest teach nationwide and is a Certified Life Coach. Visit her website.
