Peter Basil Bogdanos is a multi-faceted producer and percussionist who has worked with major figures in flamenco, hip-hop, jazz, salsa, rock acts, and everything in between. Over the past twenty years, he has recorded and toured the United States, Japan, and Europe with Grammy award-winning, hip-hop group the Digable Planets, Motown artists Zhane, Bobby Previte’s Bitches Brew project, salsa legend Orlando Marin, groundbreaking Greek worldbeat act Annabouboula, as well as a stint with rock diva Ronnie Spector, just to name a few.
Bogdanos has performed with prominent flamenco soloists and companies such as dancers, Nelida Tirado, Alejandro Granados, Chuscales, Raul Ortega, Flamenco Vivo: Carlota Santana, and in the Spring of 2015 he had the pleasure of touring with Soleded Barrio and Noche Flamenca.
He is co-producer and percussionist for Tablao Flamenco. When not on tour, Bogdanos can be seen every Monday in New York City at Sala One Nine.
