The Education Intern will work with staff to plan, coordinate, and implement the Pillow’s professional School audition and recruitment process.

Responsibilities include record keeping, strengthening relationships with international and national dance training centers, planning program-specific recruitment strategies, guiding dancers through the audition and application process, coordinating audition logistics from rental arrangements to artist itineraries, interacting with alumni, and speaking effectively about The School Programs. In addition to having a dance education background, the intern should have a strong ability to organize and multi-task, and must be computer literate. Two writing samples are required with application.
