The Patron Services Intern works closely with the Director of Patron Services and Box Office Manager, House Managers, Theatre Manager, volunteers, and the public.

The Patron Services Intern has a number of projects and responsibilities, including serving as Assistant House Manager for either matinee/evening or site-based performances, gaining a comprehensive understanding of box office policies and procedures, assisting with community events, managing on-campus signage and promotions, and has the possibility of golf carting and assisting the Theatre Manager with performances. Interns will meet regularly with the entire Patron Services team.

Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, confident in leadership roles, capable of multitasking, and comfortable with public speaking. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are a must.
