Health Insurance Plans (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts):

  • HMO Blue NE $3000: Wide network of BCBS providers in New England.
  • Preferred Blue PPO $2,500: Nationwide access to BCBS providers.
  • Telehealth Services: Virtual access to doctors, specialists, and mental health providers through Well Connection.

Additional Health Resources

  • Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA): Employer-funded, tax-free reimbursement for qualified expenses like deductibles and copays.
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA): Pre-tax dollars set aside for medical expenses such as prescriptions and doctor’s visits.

Insurance & Retirement

Life & Disability Insurance (UNUM)

  • 403(b) Employer Match: After six months, Jacob’s Pillow contributes an additional 2% of salary annually. Contributions follow a six-year vesting schedule.

Vacation (progressive policy)

Festival Season Time Off

  • During the Festival, staff working six-day weeks earn one day off per week worked.

Paid Holidays

  • Most standard holidays are observed. Please note: Juneteenth (June 19) and Independence Day (July 4) fall during the Festival and are not designated days off for staff.
