Musical Theatre Rehearsal Director, The School at Jacob's Pillow

Sarah Parker is a Helen Hayes Award nominated choreographer for her work in Signature Theater’s Fiddler on the Roof last fall. She recently completed her run as an original cast member of Hell’s Kitchen on Broadway, and served as the Movement Consultant and Intimacy Coordinator for MCC Theater’s Blackout Songs.

Other Broadway credits include work with the choreography teams of The WHO’s Tommy, How to Dance in Ohio, and Camelot. Off-Broadway credits include Hell’s Kitchen at The Public Theater. On the national tour of Jesus Christ Superstar, Sarah performed as the Mob Leader. Regionally, she choreographed Jagged Little Pill at the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center.

Sarah’s dance credits include performing with Camille A. Brown & Dancers and her screen work spans Harlem, Modern Love, Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert, and Mozart in the Jungle.

Sarah currently choreographs and directs at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, where she also teaches improvisation and contemporary theater. In addition to her creative work, she is an arts writer and holds a Master’s in Journalism from New York University.
