Discounts are based on availability and must be requested at the time of sale; they cannot be combined or issued retroactively. Some restrictions may apply to specific performances. Verification is required for all discount opportunities.
MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNTS
Jacob’s Pillow Members at the $250 level and above receive a 10% discount on all performances in the Ted Shawn Theatre.
DISCOUNTS FOR INDIVIDUALS
Seniors (65+)
10% off
Discount is valid for up to 4 tickets per performance and limited to Thursday evenings and Saturday & Sunday matinees.
Youth (12 and Under)
10% off
Reduced-price tickets are available for children 12 and under with the purchase of an accompanying adult ticket. Youth tickets to outdoor performances are free. Please call to confirm the content of any particular program. Infants held in front body slings do not need a ticket.
Berkshire Residents
10% off
Berkshire residents may purchase 10% discount tickets in person at the Box Office on the same day of a performance. Tickets are subject to availability.
Military
10% off
Military 10% discount tickets are available to purchase in person or by phone. Discount is valid for 4 tickets per performance and is limited to performances on Thursday evenings and Saturday & Sunday matinees.
GROUP DISCOUNTS & PACKAGES
Save on tickets when buying multiple at one time. Read below for options depending on the number of tickets you’re looking to purchase.
Packages
6+ tickets in one purchase
Save 5% on tickets when you purchase 6 or more performances in the Ted Shawn Theatre! Once you have 6 performances in your cart, the 5% discount will automatically be applied.
Members at giving levels which receive a 10% discount on tickets as part of their membership benefits who purchase a package of 6 or more performances in the Ted Shawn Theatre will receive an additional 5% discount only on Member tickets purchased within their discounted ticket limit.
Groups
15+ tickets to one performance
Groups purchasing 15 or more tickets to a single performance receive tiered discounts: 15% off for 15–30 tickets, 20% off for 31–45 tickets, and 25% off for 46 or more tickets. Special group rate requests beyond these discounts must be discussed and approved by the Director of Patron Services.
Group sales begin after Member Pre-Sale in March. Please note that submitting a group booking form does not confirm a reservation; it is a request for the Box Office to determine capacity before sale. Groups looking to book in the Doris Duke Theatre or Ted Shawn Theatre on certain days may require executive approval.
CARD TO CULTURE & ACCESS DISCOUNTS
Jacob’s Pillow is proud to partner with the Mass Cultural Council and other organizations to offer $10 tickets to eligible cardholders. Each cardholder may purchase up to 3 additional tickets for family members; children age 17 and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets are subject to availability and must be ordered in advance.

Half-Tix Discount Program

Jacob’s Pillow takes part in the Berkshire county-wide “Half-Tix Discount Program.” Every participating organization sells half-priced tickets at their respective Box Office from 12-5pm daily for that day’s performance(s). These tickets are only available in-person day-of, are first-come, first-served (pending ticket availability), and limited to two tickets per household. We recommend calling prior to making the trip to inquire about availability. Blackout dates may apply.
