Each year, our staff nearly triples during the Festival as seasonal employees take on hands-on roles in a fast-paced, immersive environment. Build professional skills while contributing to the success of our world-renowned annual event.

Internships

Jacob’s Pillow internships offer meaningful projects and real responsibilities that build practical skills while supporting our mission. Interns are integral to department teams and uphold the organization’s standards and values. Internship applications typically open in December and close in February.
