Workshop with Ballet Hispánico New York
Join Ballet Hispánico New York for a high-energy, culturally rich Social Dance Class designed to bring communities together through movement, music, and joy. Rooted in the artistic excellence and cultural leadership of BHNY, this participatory class invites audiences of all abilities to step onto the dance floor, grab a partner, and experience the vibrant traditions of Latino culture firsthand. BHNY Company Artists will lead participants in exploring foundational steps and rhythms from popular social dance styles such as salsa, merengue, bachata, and cha-cha. Wear comfortable clothing; socks or dance sneakers recommended.

$25/class or $20/class for dance educators with I.D.

If a class is unavailable, we encourage you to continue checking our website for released tickets and/or call the Community Engagement department at 413.243.9919 x163. If you purchase a ticket and cannot attend the workshop, please contact the Box Office as soon as possible to allow for spots to be released. If you require a refund due to illness or cancellation of a workshop, please contact the Box Office prior to your workshop start time so we may accommodate you with a refund, including all fees.
