PillowTalk: Perspectives on Latine Dance in the U.S. with Eduardo Vilaro, Nélida Tirado, and Luis Salgado
The United States is the second largest Spanish speaking country in the world. In February, Puerto Rican artist Bad Bunny’s Superbowl Halftime Show broke viewership records. Yet the variety, depth, and impact of Latine dance in the U.S. is not celebrated as widely as it could be. Hear from these three dynamic artists contributing their perspectives to U.S. dance, including Artistic Director of Ballet Hispánico Eduardo Vilaro, Festival artist Nélida Tirado, and one of the Choreographers/Directors of The School at Jacob's Pillow: Musical Theatre Performance Ensemble.
