Workshop with Ilya Vidrin
Join Dr. Ilya Vidrin for a Somatic Partnering workshop offering a framework to develop physical sensitivity and mutual attunement with others. Throughout the workshop, participants are guided through a series of partnered movement exercises that focus on subtle shifts in position, orientation, and direction. The exercises are designed to be cumulative and iterative, layering information into a meditative, generative, shared experience between partners. The workshop will involve a “flow” session to promote shared play, troubleshooting and explore transitions between movements. Participants are encouraged to ask questions, seek assistance, and modify content as needed. Come as an individual or with a partner. Wear comfortable clothing; socks recommended.

Open to all dance experience levels, ages 16+

$25/class or $20/class for dance educators with I.D.
