Performing on Broadway since the age of 16, Chet Walker has appeared most prominently in the musicals of Bob Fosse. Conceiver of the Tony Award-winning musical Fosse, he is an international director/choreographer and Artistic Director of WALKERDANCE. Recent productions include Cabaret in Oslo and Atalanta, and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum in Tel Aviv. During a Jacob's Pillow Creative Development Residency in 2011 he re-created and documented Jack Cole's technique, which lead to the 2012 premiere of Heat Wave: The Jack Cole Project at New York's Queens Theatre. As a choreographer, Walker worked on the Tony-awarded Best Musical Revival, Pippin, for which he received the 2013 Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Choreography, The Fred and Adele Astaire Award for Outstanding Choreographer of a Broadway Musical, and the Outer Critics Circle Award for Outstanding Choreographer. 

This marks his 15th season holding auditions internationally for The School at Jacob's Pillow and serving as its the Jazz/Musical Theatre Dance Program Director.
