Jacob’s Pillow internships provide real work projects and responsibilities that build practical experience and develop professional skills. Interns are integral members of department teams and are charged to uphold the organization’s work standards, ethics, and policies. The Administrative Fellows Program
The Administrative Fellows Program provides paid professional development experiences in Development, Marketing, Community Engagement, The School Programs, Company Management, and Programming. Fellows are integral members of department teams and are charged to uphold the organization’s work standards, ethics, and policies. Fellowships begin on or around October 1 of each year and end on or around early September of the following year. Priority is given to Festival interns.
