Box Office
With Festival 2024 now over, the box office and call center will remain closed for the rest of 2024. Information regarding the 2025 season, including presale and on-sale dates, will be available on our website in early spring.
If you have any inquiries or concerns related to the 2024 Festival, such as questions about past performances, account credits, or vouchers, please send a detailed message to boxoffice@jacobspillow.org. Please allow a 48-hour window for a response.

Jacob’s Pillow strives to foster a strong relationship with the community in many ways, one of which is contributing to non-profit charitable organizations through our ticket donations program. We look to help organizations across Berkshire County and the surrounding areas that benefit and impact arts education and diversity. Throughout the year, we are asked to support hundreds of worthwhile charitable causes and events, and we make every effort to accommodate as many requests as possible. Request a ticket donation here.
