As Jacob’s Pillow heads into 2022, we want to assure our audiences, collaborators, and community members that we will continue to assess our COVID policies and guidelines, as well as consistently monitor new developments, recommendations, and mandates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Massachusetts state government.
In-person Jacob’s Pillow events planned for 2022 are designed with the expectation of an ongoing need for clear vaccination, mask, and social distancing guidelines. Everyone’s health and safety is deeply important to us. For that reason, all onsite audiences at Jacob’s Pillow events in 2022 will be required to show proof of full vaccination as defined by the CDC.
100% of the Jacob’s Pillow staff is fully COVID vaccinated, and full vaccination is required as a condition of employment for all staff, interns, and fellows. Jacob’s Pillow has adopted this policy on mandatory vaccination to safeguard the health of employees, interns, and guests. Additionally, Jacob’s Pillow invests in medical staffing, COVID-19 testing, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and implements protocols in consultation with medical professionals and in accordance with local laws and regulations.
