Hurricane
Alumni of The School include dance luminaries such as Nikolaj Hübbe, Meredith Monk, Mia Michaels, and Robert Swinston. They appear in Dance Magazine's "25 To Watch," on Broadway, and in major companies worldwide. During Festival 2014, 33 alumni of The School returned as artistic directors, choreographers, and performers.

Addison Ector (2012) is an apprentice with Complexions Contemporary Ballet

Adrienne Lipson (2012) dances with Lissa Nicole Smith (2012, 2010) in Hubbard Street 2

Benjamin Freedman (2012) dances with Rita Donahue (2000), Lesley Garrison (2003), and Laurel Lynch (2001) in the Mark Morris Dance Group

Emma Butensky (2012) and Jack Ironstone (2012) are 2014 YoungArts winners in
Tap and Choreography respectively, from the National YoungArts Foundation

Raymond Pinto (2011) dances with Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal

Paige Fraser (2010) dances with Visceral Dance Chicago

Jason Sparks (2009) made his Broadway debut as Assistant Choreographer for After
Midnight, which included Taeler Elyse Cyrus (2005) making her Broadway performing
debut; appearing alongside cast members and former Festival artists Karine Plantadit,
Desmond Richardson, and Dormeshia Sumbry-Edwards

Joseph Morrissey (2006, 2007) returns to Jacob's Pillow in 2014 with Hong Kong
Ballet as Director of Artistic Planning and Touring

Emanuel Abruzzo (2006, 2005, 2002) modeled for a bronze statue by sculptor Andrew
DeVries, which appeared in a National Museum of Dance exhibition in 2013

Nehemiah Kish (2003) is a principal dancer with The Royal Ballet in London

Adam Weinert (2003) performed dances by Ted Shawn at the Museum of Modern Art

Loni Landon (2002) received a Princess Grace Choreography Award/Fellowship in 2013
