How can I stream online performances?
Throughout the Festival, Jacob’s Pillow Live offers free livestreams and Encore Streams of Festival performances. To register for livestream performances, view Encore Streams, or to learn more about Jacob’s Pillow Live, visit jacobspillow.org/live.
Do I need an account to watch content?
An account is not required to watch the free content available on watch.jacobspillow.org or free livestreams; however, you will be prompted to login before watching a livestreamed performance. Click here to create an account using the email address you registered with, or click here to sign in to an existing account. Alternatively, you may select the option ‘Authenticate with Email,’ and you can watch without a login. Enter the code sent to your inbox, and enjoy the show!
How long are Festival livestream performances available?
Livestream performances are only available online during the live event. Encore Streams are available for 24 hours in the Summer, starting at 8pm ET on the Sunday following the performance.
Where is the link for the livestream performance?
For security reasons, Jacob’s Pillow does not share the link to access the livestream until the day of the performance.
If you register prior to the day of the livestream, you will receive an email following registration confirming your ticket. On the day of the performance, you will receive an email containing the access link to the livestream. Should you register after 12pm ET on the day of the livestream, you will receive the link to watch in your confirmation email.

How long are Encore Stream performances available?
Encore Streams in the fall, winter, and spring are available for a three-week window.
Where is the link for the Encore Stream?
If you register prior to the Encore Stream window, you will receive an email following registration confirming your ticket. On the day of that the stream opens, you will receive an email containing the access link to the Encore Stream. Should you register at any point after this, you will receive the link in your confirmation email.
How do I access the Encore Stream?
Follow the link sent to your inbox. Select ‘Sign In’ in the top left corner. If you have access to your Jacob’s Pillow account, enter your email and password. If you do not have access to your account, select the option ‘Authenticate with Email,’ and enter your email address. Enter the code sent to your inbox, and enjoy the show!
Can I view the video full-screen?
Yes! Turn on full-screen view by clicking the full-screen icon 
Can I cast a video on my TV?
Yes, you can watch our digital streams on your home television by casting video from your phone or computer to your streaming device. If your device is set up for casting or Airplay, a casting icon in the player will appear on the lower right-hand side.

Why am I having trouble hearing the video?
Check both the volume level on your computer or device as well as the volume setting in the lower-right corner of the video player. Also, check that your computer or device has not accidentally paired with an unused Bluetooth speaker or headset in your home. If you intend to play audio via Bluetooth, check that your speaker or headset has paired successfully with your computer or device, resetting the connection if needed.
Why is my video grainy?
Video quality adjusts automatically to the speed of your internet connection. If you continue to experience grainy or low-quality video playback, your internet connection may be unstable or may have been interrupted. Try refreshing your browser, and keep other streaming content to a minimum in any open tabs and apps. If the issue persists, try a different device, restart your router, or check your ISP speed here.
Which browser should I use to have the best viewing experience?
If you’re streaming on a Windows computer, we recommend using the latest versions of Chrome or Edge. For Mac users, we recommend using the latest versions of Chrome or Safari.
Can I download a performance and watch it offline?
No, to watch our on demand content, you will need a continuous internet connection. Our content is streamed via the internet, not downloaded to your device.
