Digital Tickets FAQ

A New Way to Experience Jacob’s Pillow

For Festival 2025, Jacob’s Pillow is using a secure, mobile-friendly digital ticketing system that makes it easier than ever to access your tickets, share them with friends, and check in at the theater.

No more PDFs, printing, or digging through your inbox—just click the link we provide after purchase to view your tickets in your browser. You can save them to your phone’s wallet, or send individual tickets directly to your guests. Every ticket is verified and secure, so only the intended recipient can use it.

This new system helps reduce fraud, prevents lost tickets, and makes your visit to Jacob’s Pillow more seamless from purchase to performance.

While we’ve offered digital tickets in past seasons, this year’s system offers a new and improved experience. Instead of downloading PDFs or searching through emails, you’ll now receive a single link to a secure ticket portal where all your tickets live in one place. From there, you can view your tickets, save them to your phone’s wallet, or send them directly to your guests.

It’s faster at the door, easier to share, and more secure overall—helping prevent lost or duplicated tickets.

This new system is powered by True Tickets, a trusted platform used by performing arts organizations across the country. You don’t need to sign up for anything or download an app—but if you’re curious, you can learn more about True Tickets here.

After purchasing, you’ll receive an email with a link to access your digital tickets through True Tickets. You can open them on your phone—no app download required.

You can also access tickets by visiting mytickets.jacobspillow.org.

No, all digital tickets must be accessed and scanned through the online portal. If you need help, contact the Box Office for assistance.

Yes! You can securely transfer tickets to friends or family, and each person will receive their own unique ticket.

After you buy your tickets, you’ll receive a link to your personal ticket portal. From there, you can choose to send individual tickets to your guests by entering their email address. They’ll get their own link to accept the ticket, and they’ll need to log in to view it.

Each guest gets a secure ticket that only works for them. QR codes refresh often, so screenshots won’t work—and you’ll always know who’s using each ticket.

First, check your email and spam folder for the ticket link. If you still can’t find them, contact the Box Office at [email protected] or by calling 413.243.0745, and we’ll assist you.

Your Jacob’s Pillow account email and password serve as your login for True Tickets. No additional login is necessary.

Jacob’s Pillow does offer free public Wi-Fi; however, we recommend opening your tickets before you arrive to avoid any potential connectivity issues. You can also add your tickets to your digital wallet ahead of time for quick and easy access at the door.

Standard Jacob’s Pillow ticket policies apply. Exchanges and refunds depend on the event and ticket type. Check our Box Office Policies page or contact the Box Office for details.

You’ll receive digital tickets for all ticketed performances during the Festival, including performances in the Ted Shawn Theatre, the new Doris Duke Theatre, and on the Henry J. Leir Stage .

Events like classes, workshops, community programs, or free onsite activities do not use digital tickets and may have separate sign-up or check-in processes. Be sure to check the event details on our website or your confirmation email for what to expect.
