We are committed to providing an inclusive environment that cultivates the celebration of the art of dance and its positive impact on communities. We are dedicated to fostering a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone on our beautiful campus. You, as patrons and visitors of Jacob’s Pillow, are expected to contribute to our mutually respectful and welcoming community, supporting the world of dance and its citizens for generations to come.
Please review ticketing policies prior to your visit, including our COVID Health & Safety page here.
Our main stage ticket fees are $3 per seat. This per-ticket fee goes to support the Pillow’s National Historic Landmark grounds and buildings and other operational costs incurred.
An additional $1 transaction fee will be charged per order. This per-order fee is put towards supporting our ticketing platform and credit card processor.
No refunds. If you are unable to attend, please consider converting your Festival tickets into a tax-deductible donation. Ticket donations are appreciated and support the non-profit programs of Jacob’s Pillow. Tax-deductible receipts are issued. Ticket re-sale on Jacob’s Pillow grounds is prohibited.
Exchanges are available based on availability for $5 per ticket up to 48 hours prior to a show and $10 per ticket within 48 hours of a show. Package holders to 5+ performances and Jacob’s Pillow Members receive free exchanges up to 48 hours prior to a show. Tickets may be exchanged between venues for the value of the higher priced ticket; differences in ticket prices cannot be refunded. We cannot guarantee comparable seating.
Late seating is at the discretion of the House Manager. Performances start promptly at their assigned times. Check tickets carefully for curtain times. Seat assignments cannot be guaranteed past curtain.
Outdoor Show Cancellation
The Pillow is consulting with an experienced meteorologist to make a daily rain call in advance of each performance. In the event of a rain cancellation, we will not have an outdoor performance and all ticket holders will be notified via email.
We will instead have an internal showing of the work inside the Perles Family Studio for archival purposes. This space has a greatly reduced capacity which cannot accommodate the whole of the Henry J. Leir Stage audience.
Seating for this showing will be reserved for the performing artists and their affiliates, and groups. Therefore, we may not be able to honor your original tickets for this performance. Standby tickets for the internal showing may become available based on performance capacity. Details on access to those seats in the Perles Family Studio will be given in advance to ticket holders via email. Standby tickets to any showing of this nature are not guaranteed.
Ticketed patrons who do not attend the archival recording in the Perles Family Studio will have their funds moved on-account. These funds can then be used to purchase a future ticket, donate the ticket back to Jacob’s Pillow as a tax deductible donation, or request a refund.
All programming, pricing, and casting is subject to change.
Gift Cards can be purchased online and are redeemable at the Pillow Store or Jacob’s Pillow Box Office.
