Box Office Policies

You, as patrons and visitors of Jacob’s Pillow, are expected to contribute to our mutually respectful and welcoming community, supporting the world of dance and its citizens for generations to come.

Policies

Fees

Our main stage ticket fees are $3 per seat. This per-ticket fee goes to support the Pillow’s National Historic Landmark grounds and buildings and other operational costs incurred.

Summer 2022 Refunds

Due to COVID-19, Jacob’s Pillow has instituted a more flexible refund policy for 2022. If you require a refund due to illness or cancellation of a performance, please contact the Box Office prior to your performance start time so we may accommodate you with a refund, including all fees. We thank you in advance for being courteous to those around you and keeping our campus safe.

Exchanges

Due to COVID-19, Jacob’s Pillow has instituted a more flexible exchange policy. All patrons may exchange their tickets up to 24 hours prior to the performance start time at no cost. Members receive free exchanges up to the performance start time. Non-Members will incur a $3 per ticket exchange fee within 24 hours of the performance start time. Exchanges cannot be processed once the performance has started.

Late Seating

Late seating is at the discretion of the House Manager. Performances start promptly at their assigned times. Check tickets carefully for curtain times. Seat assignments cannot be guaranteed past curtain.

Show Cancellation

Jacob’s Pillow reserves the right to cancel a performance in the event of inclement weather or other performance emergency. All ticket holders will be notified prior to their performance time if their event has been cancelled. All patrons will be notified by email, and we will also update our website and Box Office phone message. In the event of a cancellation, Jacob’s Pillow will allow 100% refunds to the ticket holders for the cancelled event. You will be contacted via email following the cancellation with more information on this option. Patrons are also encouraged to customize their preferences in their account for additional forms of notification.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards can be purchased online and are redeemable at the Pillow Store or Jacob’s Pillow Box Office.
