Jeffrey L. Page
Jeffrey Page is an opera and theatre director of both classical and contemporary works. As director and choreographer, he spearheaded the 2015 and 2018 Tokyo productions of the musical Memphis, which received four Yomiuri Award nominations, including Best Musical. The first African American to be named the Marcus Institute Fellow for Opera Directing at The Juilliard School, he has also been nominated for an Emmy Award.
Justin Prescott is a New York City based performer, choreographer, and educator. He began his formal dance training at the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Houston, TX. He then went on to train at Ballet Austin, The Ailey School, and San Francisco Conservatory of Dance.
Jeremy O’Brian is a Mississippi-born, Brooklyn-based playwright who currently teaches writing and Black Atlantic Theatre at The New School Eugene Lang College of Liberal Arts and New York University. He is the 2019 recipient of Liberation Theatre Playwriting Residency Fellowship, 2018 Athena Theatre’s Athena Writes Playwriting Fellowship, and the Lambda Literary Emerging LGBTQ Voice in Playwriting Fellowship in 2016.
Brandon Webster is a Brooklyn-based Composer/ Playwright/ Dramaturg. His storytelling-through-music focuses on Afro-Futurist and Afro-Surrealist stories that center on Joy, Connection, Liberation, and Community.
Edgar Godineaux, is a Director/Choreographer with a unique and highly stylized choreography, which is represented throughout the entertainment industry. He trained and worked alongside Michael Peters, Lester Wilson, Debbie Allen, and Hinton Battle.
Maria Torres’ extensive career as director, choreographer, instructor, and producer, began as a critically acclaimed performer; contributing choreography while performing in film Dance with Me and Tony nominated Broadway musical Swing!.
Djoré Nance is a multi-faceted artist who is recognized for his work as an actor, singer, and musician. His musical pursuits have taken him to Carnegie Hall, Avery Fisher Hall, New York City Opera, and Jazz at Lincoln Center, to name a few.
