Perles Family Studio
Jacob’s Pillow welcomed the public into the Perles Family Studio in August 2017. The 7,373 square foot, state-of-the-art studio is a physical expression of the Pillow’s deep commitment to The School at Jacob’s Pillow and its expanded year-round programming as outlined in Vision ’22.
Since Festival 2018, The School’s prestigious professional advancement and development programs have been at home in the space while also enabling Inside/Out performances to be held indoors when inclement weather arises. Throughout the fall, winter, and spring months, the studio multifunctions as a rehearsal, instructional, convening, and special event space for creative development, engagement, and educational programming, including the Pillow Lab residencies available to choreographers.
