Summer Festival Intern Program

Be a member of the team executing one of the world's most prestigious dance festivals, and receive on-the-job training and experience working with the Festival's professional program, administration, documentation, and production staff. Summer Festival internships are part of a structured program for more than 25 interns from around the world.

Life at the Pillow

Summer Festival Interns spend six days a week learning about the operations of Jacob’s Pillow and running the Festival. All interns form lasting relationships with their fellow interns and Pillow staff, and make professional connections in the larger arts world.
