Patron Services

Three Patron Services Interns will be required for the summer 2021 Festival. They will work closely with the Director of Patron Services, Marketing & Communications Team, Box Office Team, House Management Interns, volunteers, and the public.

The Patron Services Interns have two primary focuses- first being to provide support and assistant to the overview of Patron Services which includes but is not limited to assisting with internal ticketing needs, ADA seating and procedures, and aiding patrons during peak hours of on-campus visitors. Additionally, the Patron Services Interns will gain a comprehensive understanding of box office policies and procedures, be responsible for the Parking Lot Ambassadors,  and assist the Theatre Manager and House Managers with matinee and evening performances as needed. The Patron Services Interns will also be communicating with the Marketing Team to provide real time updates and communications to patrons that are anticipated to visit Jacob’s Pillow campus that day that include but not limited to on-campus signage, external website banners, immediate phone messaging, etc.  

Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, confident in leadership roles, is capable of multitasking, and with public speaking. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are a must. Previous cash handling experience is preferred.
