Nicole Tomasofsky (she/her/hers) has worked at Jacob’s Pillow since May 2017. Nicole is responsible for overseeing and setting the organization’s branding, outreach, marketing and communications goals for all public programming associated with the Festival, School, Community Engagement, and Archives. Before her role as Director of Marketing & Communications, Nicole worked as the Public Relations & Communications Manager.
Patsy Gay, Associate Archivist, has worked at the Pillow since 2017, but she first came to the Pillow as an Archives/Preservation Intern during the 2007 festival. As Associate Archivist, Patsy assists the Director of Preservation with exhibitions, audience engagement, and all aspects of archival work including cataloging, reference, and online engagement. Previously, Patsy was the Archivist and Associate Producer for Ain Gordon and David Gordon’s Pick Up Performance Co(s). As an Archival/Preservation Technician Fellow with the Dance Heritage Coalition she also worked with Dance Theatre of Harlem, Eiko & Koma, and Lar Lubovitch Dance Company. Patsy received her MA in American Dance Studies at Florida State University and her MSLIS at Pratt Institute. Patsy’s favorite things are dance history, crafting, and karaoke.
Director’s Fellow
Grace Myers is a 2022 graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, where she studied Anthropology and Dance as an Arnold J. Lien Scholar and John B. Ervin Scholar. She is originally from Rochester, New York, where she trained at Garth Fagan Dance and worked for the organization administratively in development, education, community partnership, and archives.

Contemporary Ballet
Since 1999, under the artistic leadership of Stephen Mills, Ballet Austin has emerged as one of the nations’ premiere dance organizations. The Washington Post recognized Ballet Austin as “one of the nations’ best-kept secrets” in 2004. In his inaugural season as artistic director he attracted attention from around the United States with his world-premiere production of Hamlet, hailed in Dance Magazine as “…sleek and sophisticated.”
